No discredit to the construction side — Wildwood builds a beautiful pool. We really appreciate Stephen, and him and Sam were excellent to work with. However, their cleaning service has been extremely disappointing. We’ve had several issues, including multiple service reports being sent for visits that never actually happened (with made up numbers!), leaving a stained mess all over our concrete after cleaning filters, and our newer pool turning super dirty and green even though we’re paying for weekly cleaning service. From start to finish, Wildwood Pools was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our very first meeting, Stephen truly listened to what I wanted and helped bring the perfect pool design for our family to life. I never felt rushed or pressured, and every step of the process felt thoughtful and collaborative. We made a few adjustments along the way, and before we knew it, we were off and running! Wildwood pools is top notch construction and pool maintenance!! They are knowledgeable, professional, and always responsive to their clients’ need. They built my pool and spa 12 years ago. Their design and construction was beyond my expectations. They have serviced my pool since install. They do a fabulous job on maintenance. I would highly recommend Wildwood Pools for construction and maintenance!!

We love our Wildwood Pool! In floor pool cleaner works great! Easy to maintain! Don't need a pool service. Always enjoy working with Patty and Jason on any pool service needs which are met professionally and timely. Would recommend Wildwood Pools to anyone!

Wildwood Aquatech Pools absolutely exceeded our expectations! They designed and built a pool that we’re going to enjoy for many years to come. It all started with our sales representative, Stephen, who took all of our ideas and turned them into an amazing design. And a big shoutout to Sam, our project lead, who was hands‑on throughout the entire process—checking on progress, coordinating the team, and even jumping in to do some of the work himself. Love Wildwood pool service. Easy to deal with and their main maintenance guy is super smart and always willing to answer cell phone etc. Patty, who is in charge of service is easily accessible and always answers my questions.
