From beginning to end the experience was top shelf and they were extremely easy to work with. Micah did a few home visits with different material selections and then provided the plans to review. I contacted Woodland Deck about putting a new deck in our backyard to replace an old rotted out deck. From the very beginning their professionalism was outstanding. I contacted them for a quote, told them the specs of the current deck, and after that I got a quote, a scope of work, and a personalized video going over the documents and explained everything in great detail. Woodland Deck Company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial estimate to the final product, the entire team was informative, punctual, and professional throughout the process. They even worked in frigid weather—removing a significant amount of snow—to demo the old deck in just one day. The build was completed just as efficiently, and the finished deck looks fantastic. The guys who did the demo of the old deck got that knocked out quickly. The next day, Eric and Max showed up to start building...and within 45 minutes it started raining, then raining harder. They kept at it until it started lightening, then called it a day. (I don't blame them!) They were back next day, and and got the build finished and everything cleaned up nicely. It looks fanastic! They were very polite and were clearly hard workers. My only negative comment is that they started both days about 7:15, which I feel is too early to start an outdoor, noisy, pounding, job. Woodland Deck Company gave me a great price for the completion of 3 elevated decks. I was very pleased with their professionalism and punctuality. Neil , a project manager, was a breeze to work with. After a few weeks of required permitting, the actual previous deck demolishing and new deck construction took approximately 4 days. I would highly recommend them!
