We cannot say enough positive things about 123 Remodeling and *specifically* Designer/Project Manager, Kelly Shanks. The project was a gut rehab of an en suite bathroom in a downtown Chicago condominium, including conversion of a tub into a walk-in shower with bench, marble tile work, install of radiant heated floors, etc. We met with 5 remodeling companies and 2 things immediately stood out: the range of pricing (for demo/labor, etc) was extremely variable and so too, was the level of experience, responsiveness and professionalism. Kelly from 123 remodeling and her team of contractors were such a pleasure to work with for our bathroom remodel. We had a tight deadline and they worked hard to make it happen before we had family coming to stay. Kelly helped us design our dream look and find things that would bring it all together within our budget. We worked with Angie Joy @123 Remodeling, to remodel 2 bathrooms and a primary bedroom in our downtown Chicago condo. She was fantastic.. efficient, creative, knowledgeable and incredibly flexible. We could not be happier. We have remodeled several homes and she was, by far, the best designer we have ever experienced! And the contractor (Stanley) was of the highest quality.. cabinetry work, tiling, plumbing, etc. And above all, Angie and Stanley always were honest. We highly recommend them!

We worked with Austin and had a great experience with our bathroom remodel and interior door replacement project and 123 Remodeling. He played a key role in guiding our selections, picking up on our vibe and making very helpful recommendations. Austin tailored his process to be flexible with our sometimes erratic travel schedules. We recently completed a two-bathroom renovation in our high-rise condo in Chicago’s Gold Coast/Old Town neighborhood and are extremely pleased with 123 Remodeling. The hall bath included a new vanity, fixtures, lighting, mirror, molding, paint, and reglazed tub. We interviewed about 4 different design firms. All of who were nice and professional and everyone came in around the same cost. The difference is Angie carried about what we were doing. She was invested in seeing out kitchen came out perfect, not to our standards but to hers, and hers are Gordan Ramsey type standards. She is not only a talented designer but how she manages a project is what makes her different. You will have problems no way getting around it. Stuff comes in late or what ever.
