I have only the most positive things to say about Remi. We had URB do fairly extensive renovation work in our new home prior to us moving in, which included a full gut rehab of the kitchen, installing a pantry shelf, redoing a fireplace, converting a large bedroom into two smaller ones, refinishing floors and painting all the interior walls. I’m so happy to have found URB Remodeling. From start to finish I couldn’t be happier. I worked with Remi and he came up with a plan to not only upgrade but redesign our kitchen for better functionality, storage space and just the look of the space in general. I contacted Remi for a basement remodel quote. When he arrived, he was friendly and spent about an hour in the basement, which I appreciated. He told me he would follow up with a quote by Friday. When I didn’t receive the quote, I followed up the next Tuesday with no response. I followed up again that Friday; Remi responded and said I would have it by Saturday at the latest. When I still didn’t receive the quote, I followed up one last time the following Monday. Remi & his team surpassed all of my expectations! They were wonderful to work with & Remi was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process! You can tell his team is very dedicated in what they do! They did a gut rehab of my condo and the whole process went smoothly! His ideas were invaluable! We recently remodeled our bathroom after gathering up all of the finishes. We live in a pretty standard Chicago condo, so storage was very needed. Remi and the URB team could not have been more helpful throughout the process. Even when we had a bit of a tile fiasco, they calmly guided us through our options. Our HOA worked with URB and Remi and Rob were great to work with. They kept us up to date with communication and worked efficiently and were very timely. On top of that - their work looks great. We had some water damage that required us to install new doors and replace a large portion of our ceiling - we are very happy with the work they did.
