We contracted Upper Deck to replace our 24 year old deck with a covered porch deck. Chris met with me to discuss the project and provide the quote. He listened to our vision and provided many suggestions to improve on it. Chris is passionate about his company and the work they do and was excited to work on our project. Chris and his team of demo and team of carpenters did an awesome job! Always left work area clean and tidy end of each day, no mess left behind. Our 23 year old deck was in need of repairs. After getting three quotes, Chris and the UpperDeck team is who we chose for pricing and great service. Chris communicated every step of the way and the team and subs were awesome! We ended up going from wood to concrete on the lower deck and wood/composite on top. So happy with the final product!

Our deck was 24 years old and time to replace. We quoted three companies. Out of the three Upper Deck worked with us on modifications to make the project in line with our budget and design. Chris came out and went over several details of what we wanted. Chris was very responsive either by phone or text/email through the quoting process. He was just as responsive through the project and answered any questions. We also decided to add extra electrical work. Chris and Annette are a joy to work with. They communicate every step of the way, and respond quickly if we have questions. The crew that works for them are cheerful and respectful, of our time and our property. The deck is beautiful and we are very happy with everything Upper Deck did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build, repair or replace a deck.

We were very satisfied from meeting Chris to discuss what we wanted done to the project being completed. He has very hard workers. We would definitely use them again.
