We had an amazing experience with our hot tub and pool installation! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done perfectly. The installation was smooth, on time, and exceeded our expectations. Terrible experience. Charged me $600 to open my pool by just taking the pool cover off from winter on a recently purchased home. Needed to change a heater unit from previous owners they were so quick to come with in the hour and swap it out after paying $5400 Had me call an electrician to do the electrical hook up and change a breaker amp. Heater was in and out with 12-17 error codes. I let them know about this and advised me they’d reach out. For over a month I’ve been trying to get them here no response to my calls or voicemails I had to stop in store and was told in 1-2 days they’d get to m…

The service for my hottub was excellent! Christian who did the work was professional and did great work. Eric the service manager was great. I was a bit agitated when I first spoke to him. He handled my issues with courtesy and speed. He completely put me ar ease and was very professional! 100% recommend!

We had a great experience with Eric, Kevin and team at 21st Century. They recently repaired our in ground pool and installed a new liner for us. Everything was super professional and timely all throughout installation, especially communication back and forth. A much different experience than what we had prior with a local competitor. All our pool business will be going to 21st Century going forward. Thank you Eric and team for a job well done!
