What can we say about our new house deck and pool deck from Dan Brown Construction...other than we LOVE it. The quality and workmanship is excellent, thanks to Dan and the rest of the crew Cory, Kit, Edward, Jason, and Dody. The crew was very courteous, professional and treated us and our home with respect. Not only are we satisfied with the quality, but also the pricing. The price was $10,000 less than a local competitor for the same materials and square footage. I highly recommend Dan Brown Construction.

We were on the calendar for an estimate a couple weeks in advance. Nobody informed us that the date didn't work for them. So we were waiting for about an hour before realizing nobody was coming. I called the secretary and she just said Dan is a very busy man. It seemed like they had trouble getting ahold of him. I made sure to schedule another appointment for the following week. But we were once again stuck waiting on someone who wasn't coming. They were not respectful of our time, nor did they communicate effectively throughout the scheduling process.

Can not recommend them enough! New roof in one day! Removed and replaced shingles. My house was clean my lawn was spotless after the cleanup and affordable!!! So happy we went with Dan Brown Construction!

Given an estimate in April, signed and deposit of more than half down, date given for June… June has come and gone. We have called, stopped in the office, no completion date has been given. We have so many other future projects for our new house and yet they don’t return texts or calls.

Thank you Dan Brown for all your help!!! We were in a mess of a self created situation and not only did you fix it but you came up on a Sunday. So helpful , reasonable , quick , professional and kind. We have more projects to do in the future and knowing we have someone we can trust and such a great reputation. I highly recommend DBC to everyone and would be glad to answer any questions. Thank you again Dan Brown!!! 5+ stars. !

Okay work, terrible communicator. Most of the time you'll be talking to his secretary but then even she cant get a hold of him. Do yourself a favor and always get a firm quote before committing or agreeing to any project he will take on.
