Laura and her team are truly amazing! They save me from another year of green pool. I have worked with two other pool vendors in the past and they are not reliable. It was a breath of fresh air speaking with Laura. Her team made my pool crystal clear. I am so excited to use my pool this summer. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a real professional to maintain their pool.
Brian & his team are amazing. They are the best at helping folks find the perfect hot tub to fit their needs. Service after the sale is just as amazing as well. Thank you Brian & the entire Coral Isle team for being great at what you do!
One of the worst sales phone calls I have ever had, salesperson seemed completely uninterested in helping and annoyed that I was asking questions. Was looking to buy a hot tub in the next week but, will not be shopping at this location.
We stopped in to Coral Isle a few weeks ago to look at hot tubs. The customer service experience was the best I've had in a very long time. I asked a ton of questions about several different spas in the showroom and Brian had all the answers and was amazing!!! We bought a hot tub that day. The entire experience from the purchase through the delivery was impeccable. Thanks Brian, you guys are the BEST!!!
Our family had a horrible experience with a Strong Spa. After only 3 years we had multiple leaks, a broken and rusted cover we could barely open, a dead pump, and a broken heater. It was a money pit and when we called their service line, we got the run around and they said any local hot tub company would be able to fix it for us. No local company would touch them because of their known issues (I don’t blame them). Needless to say, it now resides in the Broome County Landfill.
