I had an outstanding experience with 614 Pools. Technicians Marcus and Bryon were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They arrived right on time and kept me informed every step of the way with text updates and progress photos during the liner installation which I really appreciated. Very disappointed with 614 Pools this season. I’ve used them several times in the past with good experiences, but this year has been a complete mess. Call after call after call. I’ve been trying to get my pool opened for several weeks now a simple one-hour appointment. They continue to reschedule without any communication, updates, phone calls, or emails. I’ve called over 25 times in the last four weeks just trying to get answers. I understand pool companies get busy this time of year, but the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. So far, Not very impressed. “Appointments” are generalized, not specific. “We’ll be out early next week” I called on Wednesday to be told the stopped by and had to order a part and they said they be here on Tuesday morning n(today) I pushed for a better estimate… between 9-N My husband called at 11:30 ish the and was told it would be “after lunch”

The gentlemen who came to measure our pool we're very professional and polite. They needed to take off the pool cover for measurements and made sure it was put back in place and neat before leaving. Were also helpful in providing liner options and explanation of differences in thickness.

614 Pools! They did a tremendous job from my initial call to the actual appointment. Gavin is a true professionals! He was on time (actually early) and went above and beyond. Thanks Gavin! Had to post for a 2nd time!! I had a service call on 7/13 and my techs were Avery and Kai. I needed the pool vacuumed...they did a very detailed cleaning in an efficient manner. They were early to appointment and displayed excellent customer service! Thank you to you both! Great Job!

Amazing pool professionals. I don’t trust anyone else with my pool. Alex installed my brand new salt converter. Looking forward to another great swimming season thanks to 614 Pools.
