The staff is patient and kind and incredibly knowledgeable & consistent. We have a large inground vinyl chlorine pool that is the recipient of a lot of nature, and they’ve been able to help me successfully treat several issues, while trying to maintain a cost effective approach. Just wanted to give a shoutout to their team, so glad they moved in to this location. I’ve learned a lot from them this summer alone, than several years going to other stores.

I was in need of a specific part for a commercial pool chlorine feeder and Commercial Pools inc. had the part in stock at a competitive price. It was a very quick transaction, I was in and out with what I needed within 3 minutes.

Excellent customer service. The team is very friendly. You will leave wanting to comeback. I take my water to test there. They are very knowable to advise what needs to be done with water problems. When I needed a special service and they were too busy. They recommended another Pool service to help me right away. Highly recommended.
