We’ve owned our house for 30 years and have used many different pool companies over the years and Pacific Pools has been the best pool company for service as well as repairs in our experience. This winter was one of the worst winters for snow in central Ohio for decades and Kelly and her team were so thoughtful on how they handled our pool closing and our cover that we came through without any problems. We highly recommend Pacific Pools!

I manage an apartment community and I have dealt with several pool companies.This company is the best!! They are always very helpful especially when in a jam! Nothing but good things to say about them! Definitely recommend them!

I have worked with 5 different pool companies in Columbus and Pacific Pools(Kelly) are by far the best company. Her crew is awesome. I can call/text her with any problem or question anytime, even on weekends. Kelly and her crew are amazing. Thanks Pacific Pools for everything you've done!

We moved into a house with an old pool that was in need of major repairs (old corroded, under concrete pipes). Because Pacific Pools was so busy, I met with 3 other pool contractors while we waited for Pacific to get time on their schedule for our project. I realized after meeting with the other contractors that I couldn’t really trust anyone else to do the job. Jeff and Jimmy are both very professional, skilled, and honest. They've taken excellent care of our pool. Between the day when we arrange for opening in the spring, and when they close the pool in the fall, everything is on automatic pilot, and they do good work.
