Cover care, sure seems like it has went the wrong direction to stay in business. I have had them service our pool cover for 8-9 years. These last two years, Seems like this business is ran out of some ones home garage! When we had our pool built We used them right off the rip. But right now I can tell you their Service department is incompetent, Will not tell you a window of when they will arrive, They expect you to stay home all day and wait on them, So they can service or install your almost $4000 Automatic pool cover. This year they broke parts on our cover and never said a word to my wife…

The provided excellent service and were very helpful in getting my cover working. In fact, it was a small issue and they only charged me for a service call. I’m very pleased and will be using them in the future.

Thanks. The guys were professional and adjusted the ropes so it opens evenly now. A little expensive for what they did. But it works correctly now and the job was done in the manner described.

This company is trash unfortunately.. I’ll paint the picture; one of those that you call a “local” number (Columbus Ohio), it dispatches you to a call center. These folks are just to schedule and know nothing about the product. They insist on collecting a Credit card and explain what will be done for the $399 maintenance fee. They dispatch their local provider who comes out and does “said work.” Then without following up just charges the Credit Card. Ironically I came home when they pulled up. I watched them work for roughly 4 mins, blowing out the leaves in the cover and looking at the moto…

These guys are awesome, got here are started to work right away. Finished and where gone in 30 minutes, but still had time to interact with us. An excellent experience.
