Had a great experience with Chad and the rest of his team. Getting a pool in Minnesota was questionable but with the knowledge and confidence that this company has it was easy. We hired A Pool Day to install our in-ground pool 2 years ago. The experience has been nothing less than terrible and extremely disappointing. After each winter, the liner has been faulty and leaking, despite multiple attempts to contact, we’ve received little to no response. If there is a response, they make it feel condescending. It’s the 3rd summer, we are again at their mercy waiting to fight for months about the installation of the 3rd liner for the pool. Santiago was here today to fix an issue with my pool cover and get the pool opened for the season. He did an excellent job, repairing the cover to better than new condition! He got everything else done quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks Santiago and A Pool Day!

Highly recommend A Pool Day. Chad (the owner) was on-site for much of the process and very hands on. We ran into a few issues along the way that were out of their control and they came back several times and went above and beyond to resolve all the issues and made sure we were satisfied before considering the project complete. I also want to mention Amber (the sales representative). She was the first person we met from A Pool Day and was a big reason we decided to go with them.
