We had Plan Pool install our in ground ICF pool this summer and we are so glad we did! Joe was knowledgeable and extremely responsive throughout the entire process as well as after the project wrapped. He took our vision and turned it into reality in our backyard. From the initial planning of our project, to the annual maintenance and occasional support calls, the team at Plan pools has been exceptional. From the very beginning, Joe was very responsive and made sure that the process was streamlined so we could get swimming as soon as possible. Joe showed up for a free estimate on a pool install. The experience was certainly odd. He acted like he could care less if we worked with him or not, and was quite condescending. We were looking to get creative and he was looking to leave as soon as he could it seemed.
