Service is excellent. I recently had some major issues going on with my pool water quality and sand filter. NOAH was very knowledgeable and patient as we fought the issue for several week, but we won! Noah is my go-to guy!

Owning a pool can be a pain in the ass. Wait, can I swear in a Google review? I guess I just did. The good news is I’ve worked with Poolwerx for a few years and literally every experience I have is positive. A few of my neighbors also go here for help. They shoot straight and respect the fact that everybody’s on a budget. Came in here yesterday with a sample of water and they helped me dial my hot tub in perfectly. The Customer Service couldn’t have been any better way better than Jacuzzi does.

I was a customer at custom pools in Hopkins, for 25 years until they recently changed ownership and drove the business into the ground with horrible customer service. Thankfully, I stopped in at poolwerx and they have treated me like I have been a long-term customer. Excellent service, end quality advice. Noah and (Cal?) Are great. Mike was great!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a rush so he texted my pool test results and followed up with a phone call. He explained everything in detail about what the text means.
