We worked with APSC to renovate a 20+ year-old pool and update the mechanical systems. The project had several challenges, but the team remained professional and responsive, working with us to find good solutions. We are really pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend APSC for pool renovation projects.

Mark and his team did a great job. They explained each and every details. Worked meticulously, timely and cleaned up daily after work. We highly recommend them and will refer to family and friends. We love our pool.

Update: Since posting, they've called and fixed all the previous open issues. Not the way I would have wanted things to go, but they did take notice of the remarks below and returned to fix everything. Asked for a pool opening treatment, they gave me a price and timeline. Service has been anything but good and then only thing that's changed is the my bank account. I mentioned this to them and they claimed it was an estimate, I've been billed approximately $600 and pool is still not finished. The previous team quit, wonder why, new guys game in to vacuum. Have been using them for the past 3 years. Amazing team of pool experts that are very responsive and make it point it make the customer happy. Highly recommended! Sean and Natalie are the best!

They are the service provider for our subdivision's pool and they are wonderful. They service ours 2x per week, clean the bathrooms and have done multiple repairs to our sad outdated system. We're a small subdivision with an older system and they care for us as if we were a large HOA with a state of the art Olympic pool. Thank you!

Stay away. Requested a quote to move my pool equipment- potentially $10k+ job I was ready to hire. Demanded I pay $145, and still no quote. When asked, said something about they are out of town, but if I don't pay will incur late charges. BAD BUSINESS.

Technicians were on time, diagnosed and explained the issue clearly and with full transparency. They successfully repaired the broken pipe that was leaking and were extremely professional. I am extremely satisfied and will certainly call Absolute Pool and Spa Care again if the need arises.

They are great! First, they come when they say they will and have all around great communication. Second, Natalia (who came for our most recent repair) really knew her stuff and did a great job! Third, and most importantly, I have always been able to trust them. For any repair, they do it but don't overcharge it try to sell me things that I don't actually need.

Shaun was the technician that came out to investigate/troubleshoot an issue we were having with our iAquaLink pool controller. Within about 10 to 15 minutes, he had identified and corrected the issue. He thoroughly explained what the nature of the problem was in layman’s terms so that I could understand. He was very communicative throughout the whole process, very friendly, and I would highly recommend Absolute Pool and Spa for service in the future.
