We are over the moon with our new backyard. Ray, Kris, and the rest of the team were true professionals, easy to work with, took care of all our special requests, always provided solutions, and delivered a masterpiece! Ray is a great communicator and always did what he said he would do when it was supposed to be done. Couldn’t be more pleased with the craftsmanship and high quality work the team provided. Ray isn’t the cheapest but the value we got for the money we paid was off the charts. If you are building a pool in S Orange County use Ray, you won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking to have your dream backyard delivered as expected with the highest quality, then Alderete Pools is the best selection you can make. Ray and team are like part of your family. From start to finish, working with Ray from Alderete Pools & Solar was an absolutely incredible experience. He was transparent, honest, and professional every step of the way. Overall, we had the best experience we could have ever hoped for with Ray Alderete and his team. We received a quote from Ray which was about 10% higher than other quotes we got and I am so glad we went with him. He NEVER once gave us a change order, his work was world class, his subcontractors were exceptional... We have a friend who used a different pool contractor to save a little money and they have received over 20% increase in change orders, they are still not done and its been 9 months. Alderete Pools provided an amazing service for our backyard remodel project. Ray and his team were always on site when scheduled, worked hard, were careful and attentive to our requests and changes. They do everything they say they’re going to do. They finished our pool ahead of schedule and were pleasant and professional all the way through the process. They even made sure my 2 dogs were pool trained, making sure they’d be safe if they accidentally fell in. I can’t say enough good things about Alderete Pools.
