I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the malfunction of the pool controller your company is responsible for maintaining. Specifically, this issue occurred at the sports pool with swim lanes located at 120 Newington, Irvine, CA 92618. The chlorine pump fed continuously due to a malfunction in the controller sensor, which was reading a negative number, leading to chlorine levels being three times above the acceptable limit.
