We recently completed a significant makeover of our backyard pool with Pool Specs and it was a great experience. Unlike many contractors that one encounters, Jordan was terrific about giving us options and keeping us informed about progress - and about keeping to the promised schedule even when the project hit some snags in terms of our pool's condition. He was also always easy to get in touch with - he never left us hanging - and his whole team was similarly good to deal with. Five stars!

Jordan and his team were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The quality of their work really shows, and our pool looks and feels better than ever. I was having trouble with my Jandy system, and Jordan went above and beyond to help. Despite being on the road, he pulled over and FaceTimed me to walk me through troubleshooting step by step. His expertise was clear as he helped me reset the system and identified the issue as an electrical problem rather than a failed pump—a huge relief since my warranty had expired. I highly recommend Pool Specs for any repair or service needs—Jordan was incredibly responsive and clearly knows his stuff!

Jordan and Trystan were very helpful at identifying and fixing the problem with my pool. I was given a quote for all of the work, and they stuck to the quote and finished in a day. They made sure everything was working before they left and did an excellent job! I would definitely call them back if I needed anything for my pool.
