Because of the cost of resurfacing our pool, we looked at three companies. The price was essentially the same. We felt the next most important decision was the capability of the manager of the project. The quality of the project always comes down to the leadership of the person in charge. It was obvious to us Alex would be the best. We had already done two smaller projects with him and were thoroughly satisfied with the results. Like Alex, his subcontractors are professional and perfectionists with great people skills. We are thrilled with the outcome of our pool.

We had several companies provide bids on our pool renovation. We chose Alex Pool Service over 4 other companies and I am so glad we did. Alex had excellent crews for every step of the renovation. They were on time, completed all the work as planned, cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. If any questions arose, Alex was easy to reach and took care of all of our needs. We absolutely love the way our pool turned out and highly recommend using Alex Pool Service!

Alex came through big for us. The larger pool companies quoted us much higher prices, but Alex not only saved us money — he got to work right away. He upgraded our automation system and had our 8-relay setup fully operational in under a day. It’s hard to find someone this responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. We couldn’t be happier!

Had Alex Pool Service replace my water feature pump. He responded quickly and provided a detailed estimate with several options. Installed the pump the next day. Everything went smoothly and he was easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I have been using Alex’s Pool Service for about a year now, and the customer service is unmatched. My equipment is older and not very user-friendly, so there have been quite a few hiccups since I moved into this house. Alex and his team are always quick to respond and answer any and all questions. We’ve had countless FaceTime calls that always end in success. I truly appreciate how patient, knowledgeable, and reliable they are. Highly recommend!
