We recently made the decision to cancel our pool service with CK Pools, and I wanted to share an honest, balanced review based on our experience. Since I’ve been using CK pools, I’ve never had my water change colors. Manny is always on time very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very polite. On occasions when my pets have gotten out, he is very pet friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Manny and CK pools to service your pool an event that you’re looking for someone good and trustworthy.

Nolberto is hands down the best pool tech I’ve ever worked with. He’s reliable, thorough, and takes real pride in his work. Every time he comes by, the pool looks spotless and perfectly balanced. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, and never cuts corners. It’s rare to find someone this consistent and trustworthy. If you want your pool taken care of the right way, Nolberto is the guy. Highly recommend.

The pool service I’ve received is below standards. Multiple times Jose has for some reason drained my spa. When he backwashes the filter, he does not clean out the glass viewer. The baskets at the pool equipment are also not cleaned out completely. Refilling my spa after it’s rained is a waste of my money. I have attached pictures.

Hector got some tough spots clean on the pool and let us know we need to add water. He’s great! Chris checked our pump and cleaned it. Super courteous and efficient
