We have used Integrity Pools for 3 years and are very pleased with the full service. Jim texts when he’s arriving and when he’s done. He takes his time and leaves our pool & hot tub looking pristine. We have used a lot of pool companies over the years and Integrity is by far the best!

There is a reason Integrity Pools was on the Best Pick Reports. We weren’t even sure we could a decent size pool in our yard, but David came in with an incredible design and made it come to life with the help and huge efforts of their contractors. They’ve been around a while and knew who to call or where to go when we hit any bumps with electrical, plumbing, patio etc. Dustin was the lead on the build process and was very easy to get in touch with and kept us updated throughout. 10/10 recommend Integrity Pools.

I am so glad that I found Integrity Pools. Maria was very helpful in getting the appointment set up with the repair team. Great communication from the quote process with Chris, to the project management process with Lance. Lance has been a great help with any questions that came up and kept me updated on timing of the tile work, mastic replacement and equipment upgrades…all at competitive prices. My project was completed on time, and we definitely know how we are calling the next time our pool needs anything! Thanks, Integrity Pools team!

I just wanted to update my previous review to give a shout-out to our weekly service tech Kyler. He always does a thorough job and doesn't just rush through. His service is always 5 star. Needing repairs to pool equipment is never something you want to have done, but the team at Integrity made the experience less painful. Their tech, Ryan, was a great guy to deal with - always with a smile and easygoing demeanor. I highly recommend them for repairs and weekly service. We use them for both.

Lance was an absolute professional. He came out reviewed my pool and what needed to be done, he discussed my options, setup a time to get the job done. Originally it was setup for 2 weeks, later he called me a told me that it could be done in a day or 2. The work has been done and it is a fabulous job. Well done and thank you Lance for all the followup that you have done.

Hired this company to perform service after the company I used for 10 years for some reason quit showing up. They have done a truly awful job since I hired them. They seem to drive by and dump excessive amount of chlorine in the pool and leave. Dirt in the pool, unbalanced water parameters and extreme amounts of chlorine (maybe 10x normal). Called and fired them today and would hard pass on this company.

Received advertising material where founder and ceo mentioned they work with all types of budgets but guess those are really just in writing only. I wanted only 1x a month cleaning but they could accommodate what they advertised. Oh well.

Integrity Pools resurfaced and updated our 30+ yr old pool in 2014. The expansion joint caulking was just replaced and Caleb provided reasonable estimate and Jose did a beautiful, quick replacement job. I highly recommend Integrity Pools!
