As soon as Al answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. I needed a new pool liner for a 18x33 above ground pool. Al went through everything with me and even suggested that it possibly could be fixed. Such a great guy! Then I met Tom who came to my house and assessed the pool liner. Another knowledgeable man who measured and took a piece of the existing liner to make sure it was compatible with my pool which had a beaded liner. The team did great! Not only did they squeeze me in, but they replaced my liner in a day (within about a week of calling them) even when they needed to order a special liner for my apparently special pool! They also came to replace one of the wall sections, and when they found a full hole in another area they weren’t planning on replacing, they had everything they needed to get that done too. My pool is a different pool and I need this cold front to get moving so I can live in it again! Thank you to the entire team! Highly recommend! Al and his team were helpful, prompt, and professional. We called them about a leak in our pool and they arrived the next day to fix it. We’re very grateful for them and will use again in the future.

Called in July 2025 for leak detection services. They came out, found all the leaks and then ghosted us. The cost of the leak detection would come off the cost of replacing the liner, so we wanted to continue working with this company. Called several times that summer, but never had our pool fixed. Fast forward to June of 2026 and got the number of a guy to come look at our pool to replace the liner for us. Al was knowledgeable with my pentair pool equipment. He was able to identify and help fix the issue very quickly. I am happy that he accommodated my repair request and help resolve the pump priming issue which was due to a gasket misalignment as shown in picture.

All Pools responded to my needs quickly. Very professional and friendly. They also shared valuable information with me about my pool and how to maintain it properly so future problems would not occur so frequently. I would highly recommend this company.
