From the very first phone call I was impressed with the professionalism and level of communication I received throughout the process. From start to finish the process was flawless! The employees who installed the liner were respectful and professional and did a fantastic job. Shawn the owner, responsible for measuring was knowledgeable and again, a flawless job! The liner is perfect and I know if there are issues in the future they will address them. Highly recommend!!

We needed the vinyl liner for our in-ground pool replaced mid-summer. Waiting was not an option, and we had 3 companies provide quotes. We selected S&R Pools, they were not the lowest bid, but they were more knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, so that we could enjoy our pool over July 4th. The crew was hardworking and paid attention to the details. We were extremely happy - money well spent. We rewarded their excellent work and service by placing an order for a new winter cover.

Over the winter, my pool lost all its water and the cause was a worn out liner. I posted on Facebook looking for recommendations and this company was one out of a few mentioned. I received two other quotes for a liner replacement. One was thousands of dollars more and one was a few hundred dollars less. All three companies utilized the same brand liner for the quote. I like to support family owned and operated businesses and the mom and pop style businesses. Our old cover had dry rotted after many years of patching it, we called around and found S & R Pools. Regina was very nice and the communication was great. The guys who came out were very professional, polite, and nice. Our new cover looks great! We'll definitely be calling them for a quote on a new liner. Thank you!

S & R pools started the process the day that I called them and were at my house on the day and time that they said they were coming in just 2 days... (Have not experienced that with other contractors.) In 2 weeks time I had a new liner in my pool. The installers were friendly and did a beautiful job. Even in the 90 degree heat. I would not hesitate to recommend to them to anyone of need of their service.
