We just got our hot tub delivered this AM. We’ve worked with Conner for the past few months. He’s been extremely helpful and responsive. I initially inquired about pricing online— he responded quickly, was transparent about pricing (which was much better than MSRP), and followed up without being annoying and salesman-like. We always have a good experience with Valley. We have gotten 2 pool liners done by them, as well as a new pool safety cover, and they just delivered our new hot tub. They also handle all of our pool services. We are happy with their work and they stand by their products. Prices are comparable to the average local costs. Anthony and Robby are always available and very helpful with questions or issues. Joe is great with all the installs as well. Good team.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my pool table / ping pong top from Andy and his team. He spent all the time I needed to select the perfect table for my family without any pressure. The delivery was performed in a timely manner with respect for my home. I would highly (and already have) recommend them to any one looking for a table from the beginner to the advanced player!!!

I’m frugal (cheap) & I can’t be bought… I was in NO WAY Influenced by Valley to write this review. I knew I wanted a quality spa and cold plunge without the headaches and risks of buying used, but I was afraid to go to a dealer as I thought it would resemble a car dealership.
