All Star Pools installed a heated, gunite pool and spa at my home in late 2024 and I am very pleased with the finished product. The initial design consultation, the construction process and the final touches were seamless and well-managed. All Star was punctual, kept me informed at every stage, took the time to make sure every aspect matched my vision, and the the pricing was competitive as well. If you're considering a pool or spa, I highly recommend going with All Star Pools.

Had my house built and moved in 12/21. Woodland homes forced us to use All-star if we wanted the pool to be ready when we moved in. I paid woodland 1k to run power to the pool equipment and had to pay electrician 1500 to hook up the equipment. Just an FYI. The pool was not ready at settlement as promised. Took about 5 -6 months before it was “completed”. I had a nice flat back yard but all star put my pool in about 3-4’ above grade for no reason. Now I have to spend thousands to build retaining walls all around my pool so I can plant privacy shrubs. My electrician refused to hook up the pool e…

I recently had a pool installed by All Star Pools, Inc. First, I would like to say that purchasing my pool thru All Stars has been the worst thing that I have ever done. There have been so many occasions of bad customer service. My pool is intact and seems to be good. however, we had so many Issues in getting it installed and completed. I paid our first check on May 1st of 2017 and it was not completed until 3 months later. Just don’t! I called to have them come out to look at my salt cell.. took 3 weeks to hear from them after i called multiple times. They finally show up and tested my water. Thats it Tested my water! Said i had too much salt which was not accurate. I just hot a bill for $175 for the 3 minutes it took them to test my water. That’s wasn’t why i wanted them here! My salt cell still is not functioning and they did nothing but complain about how much they hate a salt water pool. So just don’t call them especially for salt water system. They are not going to help

Great company to work with on building my pool. I meet with 5 companies from Birmingham, Huntsville and The Shoals to build my concrete pool. It was obvious these guys were the best in all categories. The owners Jim and Ritchie meet with me several times pre project, during and after completion. They’ve always been responsive on anything I needed. I would highly recommend All Star Pools.

All Star Pools did an excellent job on installing our new pool. They worked everyday the weather allowed, kept a clean project and the pool is beautiful. They were very easy to work with. I would use and recommend All Star Pools.

Best service ever! These folks are top notch, professional and understand the needs of today's homeowners with pools and equipment. Highly recommend.
