Very professional and knowledgeable. I explained that i will be setting up appointment to have additional service that is needed and he explained what he would have to do to preform the service. You can tell he Very knowledgeable and has many years experience. I would definitely recommend Michael and aloha to anyone needing pool service .

We had a fantastic experience with Aloha and Jason to open our pool for the season. He and his team handled our pool opening from start to finish, including removing the cover, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The team was professional, on time and well versed in the process. What really stood out was how clean the pool looked when they took the cover off. Opened our pool today and the service was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan was on time, professional, and made everything easy. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless. Pool is looking great and ready for the season. Highly recommend!

This is our first experience using a pool maintenance service and we are extremely happy! Zach did absolutely everything that we usually had to do, brushing vacuuming, emptying skimmer baskets, etc. We’ve had our pool for 43 years and, with Aloha Pools, it’s actually fun again!!! The pool has never looked better! Thank you!!!

Great job! Jonathan, who performed the work, was professional and did quality work. They originally came to do the work two weeks ago but Jonathan didn’t feel it could be done correctly unless they addressed a few additional concerns. I agreed. The staff at Aloha felt bad about not being able to complete the work by the time scheduled that all the additional concerns (new concrete slab and replumbing the space to fit the new pump) they agreed to do the extra work at no additional cost. Overall we are very happy with the work done and would recommend Aloha for any pool equipment issues.

I'm a new pool owner. They did open the pool well. There was a lot of schedule issues with them before they ever came. I purchased an orientation session which they did not complete fully. Gave me zero instructions for using a vacuum. When I called them all they did was keep pushing their outrageously expensive summer maintenance packages with very little care about keeping a customer. I'll use someone else in the future.
