Mae has been a God sent! We had a nightmare of a pool build with a pool builder who is now in jail. After 3 years we finally got it finished! Mae has been a key part in helping us get the pool up and running and maintaining the water. I have other family members who also come there and always recommend The Pool Store.

Huge shoutout to the team at The Pool Store (Toni, Lisa, Adam, Stew, Russ and Nick)! I’ll be the first to admit that I’m probably not always their easiest customer but they handle my endless questions and pool drama with so much grace. Every single time I have a problem they come through with a solution. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they are just the nicest people to deal with. We had the crew at the pool store open our pool up. After they left we had some leaks in the fittings. I stopped in to the store at spoke with the owners. They’re the type of business owners you always want to deal with. “Can I help you?” Followed up by “get him scheduled tomorrow, we’ll take care of you, don’t worry about it”. Shout out to Toni, Jim and the whole pool store crew. My kids couldn’t be happier to have the pool ready.

Love using this location. They open and close for me every year and do an excellent job! Replaced my liner for me last year and looks awesome. Have been using them since 2013 when they installed my pool and have never had any issues.

Always have expert advice and extremely helpful. Every year they help solve whatever problem or issue I run into. Phosphates, nitrates, ants, ... everything! Great service and knowledge.
