Roy with American Pool Plastering is unreliable. They replanted my pool and took my plugs and equipment, did not reinstall my light or ladder properly and never returned for inspection as contracted to be sure there was no white spots and the plaster was curing properly. Their scheduling is horrible. They were supposed to return to replace the equipment their staff took and make things right but instead in a 30 day period they no showed for scheduled visits 23 times. They came and lied to us on multiple occasions we got our pool done and right after we noticed white spots called immediately the company first said it’ll go away 6 months later it’s worse my pool went from black to white and now are blaming the pool guy I have called over 5 different pool guys during this time all of them said it was American pool plastering I will take this review down if I am made right and the pool is painted like it was supposed to be! They resurfaced our pool with pebbletec a year ago and was reasonably priced. They did a quick and thorough job. There was however a few spots that chipped after the acid washing. They came and fixed those chips for free and now our pool looks amazing

So happy with their work and professional approach. They were the lowest of 2 bids I received and easily the most assuring in terms of knowledge and desire for a good customer experience. (not just another job). They provided me a daily schedule and kept it precisely. Our pool looks amazing and we are thrilled. I highly recommend.

Excellent service and price. They really know what they are doing when it comes to plastering pools. They are hands down the best I've used for my pool.
