We began our journey with CALIFORNIA POOLS & LANDSCAPE in April 2024, by July 3, 2024 our entire back yard was transformed from dirt to a beautiful oasis. And since then, their service and warranty people have been excellent to work with. I noticed we were getting air in the system and called Kaitlyn our service coordinator a few days ago, today Alan came out and thoroughly checked everything, finding a fitting that was not quite tight enough which solved the problem. California Pools has been a dream to work with. They knocked out our full backyard remodel efficiently with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Huge shout out to Kyle Morse, who sold us our new pool and used his superior design skills to put it all together. He would even answer our questions during the weekend and well after hours. The service that I have received from California Pools under warranty has been above and beyond what I expected. Kaitlyn (coordinator) and Chris (tech) treated me as if it were their own pool and provided a new salt cell when mine died, changed a plastic union which Chris found to be cracked for me, and even troubleshot a water feature that I was not able to operate for a while... all at no charge! My pool was completed nearly 4 years ago! Truly impressed and surprised! Mark

I had a couple of lights that went out in my pool, California pools came out and made the experience very pleasant; Chris went above and beyond my expectations, informing me that my Hayward bearings were missing and proceeded to disconnect and turn the vacuum off and insuring I knew how to turn it back on, once I had the bearings replace later that day, I can't tell you how much that meant to me! Kaitlyn thank you for keeping us on track and staying in touch with me every step of the way and handling my frustration like a pro, well DONE!
