American Pool techs built our pool from start to finish, including the concrete in 2 weeks and 1 day! The pool is beautiful and exactly what we wanted and we had a tricky ploy of land but they were able to create the perfect design. They have had multiple wonderful staff members who have come by at a moment notice to answer questions or help us understand how to use our pump. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this company enough! Our pool had been closed for nearly 10 years, and they completely brought it back to life seamlessly. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding, and they kept me informed and involved throughout every step of the process. Not to mention the pricing couldn’t be beat hands down. Communication was excellent, the artisans at each phase were skilled and professional, and any minor concerns during the process were addressed immediately. The custom pool design—from initial renderings to final inspection—turned out exactly as we envisioned, and we can't wait to enjoy our gunite pool this summer. Genuinely terrible customer service. Paid for pool opening + chemicals and then a full cleaning + chemicals 5 days later. Pool was filthy after the cleaning, and even after "2" rounds of chemicals, we got an independent test which showed low in everything but PH, which was way too high. They also charged the previous home owner initially (whom they used to service) instead instead of doing due diligence to get new a card on file. Despite their website stating full service reports would be given - we weren't given any, and had to request them. Details are vague "added chemicals, vacuumed" - not…

Their communication was prompt and thorough—they explained every detail of the process, kept us informed at every milestone, and stuck to the timelines they promised. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises along the way. Jonas and his team are true professionals.
