I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I have to share this because I was completely ignored. I contacted them twice in person, and both times the staff was cold and dismissive, as if my business didn’t matter. When I called to schedule, they promised to get back to me that same day, but I waited three or four days without any response. I called them at 3:30 to confirm, left a message, and called again at 3:40, still no reply. I thought they weren’t coming, but then I discovered they had come and stayed only about 25 minutes. They never told me they arrived, never explained what they did,…

Great store, great, quick service, and reasonably priced. David can answer all of your questions on how to maintain a clean pool this summer. I highly recommend coming here !

Along with being really nice people, they do great work at a reasonable price. They fit you into their schedule if you have an emergency repair, and always show up when they say they will. They will even give you advice if you want to attempt to fix something yourself. I've been using them for 9 years, and will continue to be a loyal customer of this great pool company.

Very thankful for the employees here. They did not service our pool but lent us a Phillips screw driver to remove a price of trim on an old car as we traveled south on 287. We stopped for gas and noticed it was loose. Couldn’t find one to borrow quickly and gave their shop a try. They could of said they did not have one- but instead they lent us one and even came outside to make sure everything went okay. They seem proficient and like caring / kind people. Thank you for being good humans.
