Steve was great assisting us with the opening of pur pool! It’s obvious customer satisfaction is important. Jenie in the office was very responsive. At closing S&R made my DE filter look good as new. We are satisfied and will be returning customers.

We used S&R spool & Spa for our pool opening and this is also our first time with a pool. Dave was fantastic and very patient with me when I had questions as a first timer. He was professional, efficient, & extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated the heads up when they were in their way. Id be remissed if I didn’t mention the attention to detail on my initial phone call and support up until and even after the appointment, by Ashley. Justin installed my new filter and pump today. As a Service Manager I can say I wish I had him on my team. He was knowledgable and informative. He could have left 30 minutes earlier but he was not happy with the setup of the power and recommended a better way. He could have easily finished up and left and it would have worked but he did not feel right not giving me the choice. So far my experience with S&R and their employees has been extremely good. I hope to write more reviews like this as this project continues.

What do you mean by a company that doesn't answer the phone, only emails after they make the contract, they say one thing and do another, for example, we agreed to take the trash out of the pool, supposedly it was to take the trash out but we didn't do that, I sent an email and they replied two days later claiming that the company wouldn't take the trash but would remove it from the pool, about the workers they did a great job I have no complaints, but the company needs to improve communication a lot and it's clarity that they don't have, they don't explain things clearly and then come with ex…

Justin and his assistant were incredible, awesome, outstanding! They arrived on time, and did everything, from cleaning the cover to vacuuming the pool to making sure my filter had a new pressure gauge. The communication from S&R Pool was also excellent. I was very impressed.
