Service has truly been a wonderful game changer for us. Our building process was incredibly frustrating to say the least so much so my review would have been in the negative with stars… BUT SERVICE HAS BEEN SO TERRIFIC, they have truly made up for the headache, we have Adam W. And he’s absolutely amazing. So much so he’s been worth changing our review because he truly deserves it. He shows up every time with a smile, he’s been so helpful, and thorough. Once your pool is installed, this company is DONE with you. They are very difficult to work, don't stand by their work and try to charge you for EVERYTHING that they did incorrectly due to poor workmanship and contracting out to others. They do not call back, that is if you can ever get through to them to even leave a message. Find another company, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ANTHONY AND SYLVAN POOLS. we are super disappointed.

Anthony & Sylvan built a gorgeous pool for us. We started during the Covid 19 pandemic and even with the delays around us, they were still able to install the pool in a timely manner. Jarrod made a beautiful design that really fit our back yard perfectly and Gary made sure all the timing of the crews and the construction went perfectly. Even after the pool was complete, Gary checked in with us repeatedly through the summer to see if we were satisfied, had any questions, etc. The follow up was so great! Then they sent a crew to winterize it for us and will come back in the spring to open again …

Anthony and Sylvan built us a fantastic pool, and finished it on time about mid summer 2023. Overall, the company has been super responsive, and has met every deadline they set for themselves. Nicolas and Jed just winterized the pool, and this being our first season with a pool, I had a ton of questions for them. They were very patient, answered all of my questions, and did a great job. A+, gentlemen, see you next spring!

We love how our pool turned out! We worked with Paul Mazzenga and he was amazing to work with. He was very responsive, held true to the timeline, and answered all of our questions. The decking crew forgot a critical item and he dropped everything to drive it to our house two hours away. We would highly recommend working with Paul!

Avoid this place. You are better off with no pool than working with this company. It has been non stop issues with them since day 1. They are your best friend when signing and getting money but once ground breaks they bring in third party groups to do the work, outsourced to the lowest bidder. Most do not understand or speak English which is fine if you have a person who can translate or speaks Spanish. However even my Spanish friends had issues understanding them. Although we experienced some issues with the construction of our pool, our experience with the service department has been nothing but outstanding. Austin is top-notch! We recently had a pool pump issue, and he came out on short notice right before a holiday weekend to diagnose and fix the problem. He has also opened and closed our pool, and each time his work has been professional, thorough, and reliable. Because of the exceptional service Austin consistently provides, we will likely continue using A&S for our pool service. Having a knowledgeable, dependable technician like him makes all the…

If there was a choice to leave no stars I would we had our pool put in in 1987 with them and it the way nobody wants to touch an anything and Sylvan pool so yourbstuck dealing with them we have had everything redone more then once and everything they come there is a problem

Only company I will ever use. Adam Wisenfelder is the best. He’s family to us! I don’t want anyone else to touch our pool. Adam is him!
