I requested a service person to come out to check my pool line as there was no suction. Recommendation after inspection was to have a camera take a video of the pool line to check for breaks. I did authorize this inspection. The inspector came out and purportedly did the camera inspection. I was told that upon review of the video no breaks were found but that the line was degraded in spots. This meant that the entire line would need to be replaced. The quote from Goodall was $13,550 which did not include the repair of my concrete patio which would need to be cut out to make the repair. S…

I love Goodall. They were very low pressure when I was looking for my hot tub. We had looked at all the stores in the area and came back here due to how impressed we were with our experience in looking. When I come in for my supplies, Tyler is always super helpful and always very willing to answer any questions. I have friends who go here for pool supplies and they are also always really happy. From shopping, to delivery, to support we have not been disappointed and had wonderful service.

So thankful for Goodall as a whole company. Very grateful for the Lancaster Store. Tyler is very helpful with everything I need. He takes the time to explain the items and how to use each one. I feel like I ask the same questions every time I am there and without hesitation he keeps giving me the answers. I am so glad that I became a customer 5 years ago.

Goodall Pools installed our pool almost 10 years ago. From Day 1, the Goodall team has always been awesome to work. I can honestly say that I have no complaints. The original design given to us on paper in the planning stages looks almost identical to the pool that now sits in our back yard. We had a few hiccups (with rock) in the beginning when the pool was being installed. Bob Goodall worked with us through some difficult conversations, and in the end everyone was happy.
