Highly unprofessional group with multiple years attempting to see progress from their team. This photo is the result of twice weekly “cleaning” service and years of customer loyalty. I received personal assurance from their manager Paul after issues last year but no luck, and no communication from their team.

My project was finally finished. Did a complete pool patio fence renovation. Lot work and $$. The final touch was done yesterday by red rose pool. The entire crew from red rose was wonderful. RICK and EVAN were the last two guys yesterday on the final steps you guys rock. 💯 satified. Highly recommend RED ROSE. Great job.

Gary and his team were outstanding . They spent the time to explain everything about my system. I really feel confident in my ability to maintain my pool. But I know they are just a phone call away, and will have my back.

Made an appointment to come to my home to give an estimate for pool repair in May, showed up, said they would get the estimate out to us right away,,, as of today 1 month later, at least 5 phone calls in to ask where it is,,,, even spoke to a manager and was told he would get it out to us right away,,, we are still waiting for the estimate!!!! NOT repair work, just an estimate,,, how sad is that??!!!! Didn’t even want to give them 1 star, but HAD TO in order to post this review. how can you run a company that it takes over a month to give an estimate??? I would hate to see how long it would ta…

We had our concrete pool refinished in April 2021. This included new coping and tile work around the pool and the spillover spa. At the same time we also had them replace the pump. A year later we had them replace the DE filter with a cartridge filter. The pump, which they had installed, was too strong for the cartridge filter that they put in, and it kept destroying the cartridges. It took two visits from technicians before they realized what the issue was and the solution was to set the pump parameters to not go above 2800 RPM. So, they sold me a filter system that was too small for the pump…

I was extremely impressed by this company's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. They solved our pool issues immediately, and both technicians took the time to listen to me and understand our needs. We will have them service our pool regularly and go to them for all our pool service needs.
