I rarely ever write reviews, but the level of unprofessional service I experienced compels me to do so. The process started off smoothly when purchasing our pool in May with a $4,000 cash deposit and signed contract. We were given an estimated install date of mid-June. Mid-June came and went. No communication. By the end of June, still nothing. When I called for an update, I was shockingly asked, “Are you already a customer of ours?” After paying thousands of dollars and signing a contract, I would certainly expect to be treated as one. We had a great experience with Crystal Pools during the initial installation process. I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars because we weren’t informed until after the installation that our heater was on backorder, which delayed the project by an additional seven weeks. On top of that, the installation crew arrived to install the heater without any prior notice while we weren’t home, resulting in another week-long delay before they could return. If I could give 4.5 I would. Crystal installed an inground fiberglass pool and separate spa for us. Our Salesman Brad was awesome. Crystal and Brad did a small project for us at the last house so we came to them automaticallyatically for this project. All the Crystal techs were friendly and great at what they do. If I could ask them to improve, it would be with project management and subcontractor management. At the end of the day we are happy with Crystal and would recommend.

Our pool was installed on a Friday and Quinn went above and beyond to come out on Father’s Day at 6am to go over everything with us due to me leaving for the beach that day. He was on time and was very knowledgeable about our equipment. He took his time going over everything and answered all our questions. We really appreciate what he did for us!!

We recently purchased an above-ground pool from Crystal Pools, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The pricing was transparent, communication was clear, and the project stayed on schedule despite some rough weather along the way.
