We worked with AquaPool and Patio from the very beginning of our pool project ! from Site selection through design and build! They are the ultimate. Professionals! We enjoyed and appreciated every individual and crew we worked with From their Management and Design Team through their employees and the individual contractors that completed each phase of our swimming pool project! We would highly recommend AquaPool and Patio to anyone considering building a home pool and patio surround!

We contracted Aqua Pool & Patio in July of 2024 and construction ended August 2024. From consultation, design, construction and education on pool maintenance Aqua Pool & Patio is top notch. Consultation and design was with in depth, providing many options and combing over every detail. Construction was timely, efficient and courteous. The maintenance staff and on-call employees have always been polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Aqua Pool & Patio for anyone wanting a concrete/plaster pool.

James and Darryl arrived promptly and went to work immediately to open up the pool. They work really well as a team were able to totally reassemble equipment and had everything up and running in quick order. They actually care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the most unreliable company I have ever seen. Sure, they built a beautiful pool, but service is TERRIBLE! They request you’re home but then no show to your house both to build the pool and for service. If you have any trouble with your pool, good luck. No one wants to help you or get back to you. They are so nice and helpful there. I needed a piece for my salt water system and namco leslies and a few other places were of no help. Namco were the ones who installed my pool and couldn't help me. I went in brought the piece came home and it worked im so greatful for them and they were so nice when everyone else was rude. These people are the ones to call when you need help with your pool. Thanks again I wouldn't of been able to have a pool this year if it wasn't for you all.

We have never had a problem until this year. This year our filters became clogged and our pool turned green within a month of using their service. The electrician that we hired to come out because our pool heater wasn’t working stated that our filters were excessively dirty. That was the reason our heater wasn’t working. Furthermore upon calling, we confirmed that they forgot to fill up our chlorinator when they were supposed to which is why our pool turned green.
