Update- The GM, John, personally came out shook my hand and gave my pool the attention it needed. He put superstar Matt back on the job and made everything right with us again. Thank you Aquamaid for showing us you care about your customers and we hope to continue doing business with you for many years to come. I have left numerous messages for this company to call me. We have paid aquaimaid well over a thousand dollars over the last two months to have our pool turn into a coy pond. We had another professional come assess the pool and said it is completely gone. He recommended I contact the BBB with the complete neglect. I have messaged Aquamaid multiple times about this problem dating back to late March and they charged us over $1400 for various parts and ended up like this. I never write reviews, but this is unbelievable. The current pictures of the pool are even worse.

I would not recommend this pool service company. For months, I was told my pools were being serviced weekly, and I was billed accordingly. However, it became clear that the pools were not receiving the regular maintenance I was paying for. Multiple pools developed significant algae issues, which should never happen with proper and consistent service. What is most disappointing is that I continued to be charged for visits that apparently never occurred. I sent a request online for an issue I was having with my pool. I received a text almost immediately. They reached out to me the next day by phone and quickly got me on the schedule. Daniel called the morning he was scheduled and showed up right when he said he would. He found the issue quickly and was very thorough explaining the situation to me. Within an hour my pool was flowing beautifully! Such a nice and smart guy. I have since changed from my current pool service to Aqua Maid and I’m very excited. I feel great about doing business with them!

I have used Aquamaid since before they merged so going on 12 years. I had a new tech get really sassy with me and then storm off after I asked him to vacuum my spa. Note even the whole pool, just the spa. I called the office and talked to the ladies there over the course of the next week and a half trying to get someone to call me to back to help me understand how to proceed. While the ladies in the office were always great to talk to, they could not tell me what the plan was for moving forward from that exhange. No one from management ever called me. We used to have a great experience here when it was Pool Troopers, but the service has completely deteriorated. While the original employees were wonderful, the new personnel are awful. Theypoorly managed our pool for weeks, completely mismanaged our salt system, and severely over-chlorinated the water without warning us. As a direct result of their lack of communication, my husband became sick after swimming in the pool 48 hours post-treatment. More than caring and careful they took the time though there were glitches on our part. After several months, I can honestly say my pool has never looked better. I really enjoy looking at it now.
