Recently switched to Crystal Pools from several others. Extremely satisfied. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Just had a pool moter replaced (see picture). Luke, the technician, was the greatest and did a spectacular job. I highly recommend for all your pool needs.

Absolutely ridiculous, 2+ months of algae issues because they don’t know what size my pool is. Then the tech can’t even be bothered to brush the pool while he services it. These photos are what they sent me to show how they cleaned my pool. Absolutely would not recommend, stay away from this dysfunctional company.

Justin Walker came to inspect a leak I had in our pool. He found the cause and fixed it and no more leak. Great job Justin.

This review is for Justin. He has been excellent in taking care of my problem. It was very difficult at first to get in touch with the Technicians. But, I must say that Justin is excellent.
