I am leaving this review because Paradise Pool LLC has not responded to my recent requests for communication. Based on my experience, I found the company’s pricing to be excessive and their service lacking transparency. During their visit, I was informed that a $5 plastic basket needed replacement which they charge $35; however, no mention was made of a leak in my pool heating system. When I later asked the technician to inspect the heating system issue, I was quoted $195 for a service call, despite the fact that he had been at my home just the day prior. Ryan and his team did an amazing job caring for both of the properties we have with pools. He was a great communicator if schedules needed to change and he brought concerns to our attention that we may need to take care of down the road. Highly recommend Paradise Pool!

Paradise Pools does the monthly maintenance on our residential rental property. They have also done a pool draining and acid wash of the pool upon our initial purchase. I have found Ryan and his team to be honest, punctual, thorough and reasonably priced. I find that the weekly photos sent to me after each pool cleaning to be helpful and provides a great visual given that I am not living on property.

Fair priced service, good communication, and quality repairs. Pool has been in great shape ever since Paradise Pools started taking care of it.

Ryan helped us restart our pool for the new swimming season. He drained the pool, did a chlorine wash, and added starter chemicals. He did a very good job.
