We've used this pool company for water testing and pool care needs for the past five years, and we've always been very pleased with the service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently provides accurate advice to help keep our pool in great condition. A special shout out to Jaime Durden! She always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you for that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We truly miss seeing her at the Phenix City location and hope she’ll be back soon!

First time here and it will be my go to Pool supply store. The level of experience here is uncanny. Not only can you bring your Pool water here for testing but it is detailed. They will tell you exactly what you need and never try to up-sale you at all. The incredibly friendly and nice women are truly professional at their job.

We've had an above ground pool for over 12 years. I've had the best luck getting parts the same day from Aquarius pools.when I needed a new skimmer they had many stores nearby and I was able to find one the same day. And they have one of the best pool cover warranties that I know of for above-ground pools. And hey get your water tested for free as a plus.

Aquarius built my pool in 1996 and for 21 years had great service. No longer, can’t get anyone to even call me back & complete a service. I called again & was told that someone would be @ my house that afternoon or the next day at the latest. Never showed & never called to cancel! Poor customer service!!! Lost this customer!!! I will never be back!!!
