ABSOLUTELY WORST pool building experience-THIS is a newer owner! I REPEAT DO NOT USE this company! This is not the same owner, where all these good reviews come from years past! This company is now owned and “ran” by Bill Swain. We’ve had a simple 3 month pool project turn into a TWO year ordeal of nightmare trying to just have a working pool-from substandard shoddy construction, faulty installation, and the worst part is false promises from Bill Swain and terrible communication the entire process AFTER HE RECEIVES PAYMENT. Ken with EILAND pools is amazing. Even when he try’s to be off he will respond to any issues you may be having. Shout out to Ken for being a great guy with awesome customer service. He will never steer you in the wrong way for anything.

I would not recommend this company. New owner Bill does not communicate. The previous ownership did my friends pool. So, I gave them a call. He came out to inspect my backyard. And never gave me a price or even tried to contact me. Straight ghosted me. But, after reading some of the new reviews. I am glad he didn’t get my business. I would recommend Spring Water pools!

Do not use Eiland Pools by Extreme, I repeat DO NOT use them. Worst experience of my life and still not complete after 2 years. Fired them and had to hire someone else to finish. Do not mistake this company with the Eiland pool family.

Truly the best at what they do. Joey Eiland, the owner, is a very creative and hard working individual. These guys give 110% everyday. Expect nothing less than magic when dealing with these people!

They will offer a discount if you pay in full upfront and then back charge you to death before completing the job. Everything is someone else’s fault. I’ve had to hire two other companies (electrical and pool) to fix issues.

We are very pleased with the work done by Joey and his team. During the consultation, we were told that it would be a long wait. Well it was well worth it! Once the project started, Joey stayed in communication with us via email, text, and calls. We even zoomed a couple of times to confirm some things. Oh, and the patience shown was remarkable! We had a lot of questions, but Joey assured us they were welcomed. He told is "this is a big investment and we want you to be happy with the outcome." He definitely demonstrated it too.
