Contacted them after a tree demolished my entire pool system. These guys were really on it! Kept me informed every step of the way. One of their guys even came out on Labor Day to install the equipment so it would be ready to hook up. They have been fantastic! Even everyone in the office was great! In fact if it wasn't for Michelle in particular the project may have never even gotten off the ground. Most recently, when a pool light failed—and the system was no longer in production—they stepped in and handled the warranty claim seamlessly. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process. Dave, the service technician, was incredibly friendly and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommend!
We've been using them for about 9 months. Matthew does an awesome job keeping the pool clear and is always friendly. Anytime I need extra service or to change days, Katie in the office is always on top of it. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs!
