Installed underground pool for us. Very professional. Always came when they said they would. Installed a fountain and salt water system. Done in a timely manner and very professional. Working with Bobby and Lyn was an easy experience from start to finish. They kept us involved for each phase of the project and made helpful suggestions on location and layout of the pool. They kept the work site uncluttered and always cleaned up prior to leaving. They take great pride in the finished product and I truly believe they build a pool as if it were their own. You won’t find a better pool contractor and I am pleased to recommend Paradise Pools. Oh...and our pool is beautiful.

I am so disappointed in the job you all did. You didn't landscape the dirt on the backside of the wall you put in so the water would run away from the pool. Instead it is running under the wall and now I have to replace the liner and have it landscaped properly. You didn't put down sod, as promised, but instead, now my lawn is winter grass that looks horrible. The paint on the pool deck is peeling. My wife and I hired this company to fix some things wrong with our pool. We bought a old fixer upper home with a pool in the back yard. The pool was about 15 years old and been neglected for years. There was no liner and the pump system probably hadn't been ran in years. We met with the owner Bobby Eiland for him to offer us his opinion on what was our best option. I called Paradise Pools in Columbus, Georgia this morning to get a quote to repair my in-ground pool, but the only thing the person that answered the phone did was tell me how expensive they are, suggesting I should call someone else because I can't afford them and then he hung up on me. Please provide the service you advertise and get off your high horse.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS. We had our pool put in April 2020. We spent 16000 for pool plus new sode, pool cover. They were great as long as we were buying stuff. In the spring of 2021 we called because the water was killing our new grass. The overflow pipe is 4ft from pool in the yard .The backwash pipe is next to our fence killing the grass on the other side of fence. In 2021 We were told they were busy and would come by to extend the pipes on a light working day but never showed. They never showed up. After multiple attempts to get this fixed to no avail.
