Fantastic build! Like, actually fantastic as in fantasy like. We absolutely love our pool! It was built well, and what little has occurred after the build (a light went out, the bridge got warped by wet summer) they've covered under warranty efficiently and thoroughly. The price we paid is reflected in the build quality and service. The timeline was reasonable and generally kept to (every big project gets schedule adjustments, it was all within expected limits). Just had these guys build a second pool for me. The experience was exactly the same as the first time. Perfect. They have a awesome 3d rendering of the pool so you know exactly what you are getting. The team around the owner is great and they guide you through the process. They are on time and on budget.

Great company, very professional, awesome work. Although we had some set backs they always came thru. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed and taken care of. Our pool is completed but we still get great customer service from them on any questions or issues we have. We are so happy with our pool, we love it.

We had an excellent experience with the entire crew at Aquatic Pools and Hot Tubs. Sam was a great sales person, showing us all our options, and he’s very knowledgeable. Ryan is the most amazing project manager, always responsive, always positive and encouraging, no matter what time of day or how small the question may seem. Alan and Adia are the masters on pool care and maintenance. Our tile & plaster are perfect, thanks to Sergio and his team. We had an in-ground pool installed hot tub and pool. Couldn’t have better customer service and always willing to communicate ahead of time to let you know what’s going on and the results are amazing even through rain delays flooding.

Work was done fast and everything was good, until it wasn't. Plaster started showing flaws, when I contacted the company they wouldn't honor my warranty.

Worst pool company and would highly recommend NOT using them. They put our pool in and we have had nothing but problems. Rebar rusting coming through pool and walls, numerous pool leaks, huge cracks throughout pool and walls, etc. we have contacted them numerous times for repairs and they do something short term and now will not honor there work.
