This review is long overdue. Southern Charm Pools built our pool a little over three years ago, and we couldn’t be happier. Our pool is absolutely beautiful. From the design phase through construction, the entire experience was phenomenal. Finding a company that truly treats you like a friend or family rather than just another customer is rare these days. This company goes out of their way to ensure the best customer service. I live with my girls and built this pool in 2020 and from freezes to maintenance to repairs, they have been responsive and kind. I would never choose another. Highly recommend.

Southern Charm was one of several companies to give us a quote for a new pool. We went with them because they had excellent communication & they had already completed a few of our neighbors pools. Chris, the owner, was always available to answer my questions. Mike, the construction manager fixed any issue we had very quickly. Mary was very helpful & patient with me while making design decisions. The whole crew worked together really well & the entire process from dig to completion was less than two months! I reached out to Southern Charm a little panicked with our pool pump not running before a time-sensitive engagement at our house. Gevin with service had us scheduled the next morning, reached out in advance to request photos of our equipment so he could stock up on possible replacement parts, and showed up with the breaker we needed to bring the pump motor back to life. I am grateful for their expedience and responsiveness! And the pricing was very reasonable.
