We needed our swimming pool liner replaced, and Aquatic Solutions made the whole process really easy. They were very professional, had the most competitive estimate, kept us informed throughout the process, and did a really nice job. Everything went super smoothly, and it was very low stress. It was a great experience with a great company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last fall I called to schedule a pool closing. We have a Desjoyaux pool and I asked if they knew how to winterize the system and the woman who scheduled our closing assured me that they could. She said our system required a senior tech and we set a date. When they winterized the system they did it improperly and failed to remove the pump from the well. This resulted in water accumulating in the pump and it seized over winter. We didnt learn this until they opened our pool and they could not get our system to work properly. We bought a home with a pool and had no idea what we were doing. We were told the old owner used this company, so we figured we would give them a try and if we didn't like them-we would jump ship. We are going on 4 years and we have been SO happy with Aquatic Solutions! They have always been quick to reply, quick to come out, they answer all our questions and we have never felt oversold! If you're looking for a pool company, you found it! Give them a call. You won't regret it one bit!

Aquatic Solutions installed my pool 2 years ago and it's been amazing. They are very professional and so helpful with any questions I have. They also provide water testing including which chemicals I need making the maintenance of my pool much easier. I also will not forget how they even moved my kids playground set during the installation. It was in a bad spot in relation to where the pool ended up and they took care of it right away. A big thanks to the Aquatic Solutions team for all your help! I highly recommend using them for all your pool needs.

Thank you for the wonderfulservice and information. My husband passed away recently and I have no idea how to get the pool going with what chemicals to use. The lady at the front desk was amazing with myself and daughter explaining to us what chemicals to use. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for wonderful customer service

We had this pool service for a year. Of course the contract price is in line with others but things change when the service started. They were always trying to charge extra for work and chemicals. It's not a few bags of Chlorine at a time but more like 10. Pretty soon, we had to limit that, but the pool was always green the whole season. They blamed us for having a bad pool, but it was never like that when Millenium was servicing it (sadly they no longer service my area.) Having aquatic solutions was as good as not having a pool service. The pool was unable to be used the whole season.
