We have been using Dixon Pool Service for almost 7 years. They always do an outstanding job opening and closing our pool each season. They are prompt, professional, and leave the pool looking spectacular every time. Their customer service is superb as well. Anytime I have a concern or question, I receive a return call or text within just a few hours. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this company for all your pool service needs.

Tom Dixon Jr and Dixon pool service is a gem. The father taught his son well and is a true professional. I needed new anchors drilled into my new pavers and a new pool cover. Had several estimates. Tom uses better loop loc covers and anchors . Does not complain about the work like all 3 other companies. Its just a cover and some hard work. Not to mention Im a dedicated hvac service tech w over 30 years of service providing positive experiences and they deliver as promised . We have used Dixon Pool for over 5 years, they do an excellent job. When ever we have an issue with the heater or something else they are always responsive and handle any issue we have.

This pool season we have been struggling to get our pool open and running. We typically open our pool our selves and never seemed to have problem's. This year we did. We have been to multiple other pool stores/companies and have not been treated well at all. I was hesitant to contact the 3rd company about my pool and was starting to think i was never going to be able to swim this year. But I am so glad that I contact Dixon Pool Service! Dixon Pool Service saved our summer! We usually open our pool ourselves but due to time constraints this spring, we paid another company to open it. Huge mistake!! We had nothing but problems, incompetent service, and missed out on over a month of use of our pool. Dixon was able to solve our pool problems quickly and efficiently and things have been running smoothly ever since. We really appreciate their help and will continue to use them for all our pool service needs.

We've been using them ever since we bought our house, and they've been wonderful. They taught us how to take care of the pool from the beginning, and have been far and away the absolute best. From openings and closings to replacing equipment and recaulking, they've been prompt and honest. Highly recommend.
