I scheduled a pool opening with Dog Days of Summer. Because my pool had not been opened in over two years (which I clearly communicated to them upfront), they quoted me a base price of $535 for the opening, plus a potential $150 for extra chemicals if needed. This set the absolute maximum budget I was quoted at $685. Yet, when the final invoice arrived, they attempted to charge me $1,425—more than double the maximum quote—by tacking on massive, unauthorized charges and steep "return-trip" labor fees that were never discussed or agreed upon. This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! From the initial estimate to the final install every technician that came out to the house was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for any pool service!!!!! I don’t think our pool has ever run as well as it does now!! Awesome job Dog Days!!!
